Day 1: Transfer from Kampala to Lake Mburo National Park

After breakfast, depart Kampala for Lake Mburo National Park. Enjoy scenic views of Uganda’s countryside and make a stop at the Equator for photography and refreshments.

Arrive at the park in time for lunch and relaxation. In the evening, embark on a game drive where you may spot zebras, impalas, elands, buffaloes, and warthogs.

Dinner and overnight at your lodge

Cross the equator on foot in Kayabwe (about 70 km from Kampala).

Day 2: Morning Game Drive and Boat Cruise

Start the day with an early morning game drive. This is the best time to observe wildlife as animals are most active.

Return to the lodge for breakfast before heading for an afternoon boat cruise on Lake Mburo. Expect sightings of hippos, crocodiles, and numerous bird species along the shoreline.
