Day 1: Kampala to Lake Mburo National Park
Your safari begins with an early morning departure from Kampala.
Travel westward through scenic countryside and make a stop at the Equator crossing for photographs and refreshments.
Continue to Lake Mburo National Park, arriving in time for lunch.
In the late afternoon, enjoy your first game drive. Lake Mburo is famous for its large populations of zebras, impalas, elands, buffaloes, and numerous bird species.

Day 2: Game Drive and Boat Cruise on Lake Mburo
Wake up early for a sunrise game drive.
Morning hours provide excellent wildlife viewing opportunities as animals are most active before temperatures rise.
After breakfast and relaxation, proceed for an afternoon boat cruise on Lake Mburo.
The lake is home to hippos, crocodiles, fish eagles, kingfishers, and many other water birds.

Day 3: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park
After breakfast, depart Lake Mburo and begin your journey toward Murchison Falls National Park.

Day 4: Morning Game Drive and Nile Boat Cruise
Begin the day with an early morning game drive in the northern sector of Murchison Falls National Park.
This area offers some of the best wildlife viewing in Uganda.
Look out for giraffes, elephants, lions, buffaloes, hartebeests, Uganda kobs, and leopards.
After lunch, embark on a boat safari along the Nile River.
The cruise provides close-up views of hippos, crocodiles, elephants, buffaloes, and numerous bird species.
The boat approaches the base of Murchison Falls, creating incredible photography opportunities.
Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 5: Top of Murchison Falls and Evening Game Drive
After breakfast, visit the famous Top of Murchison Falls.
Here, the Nile River squeezes through a narrow gorge only a few meters wide before plunging dramatically into the Devil’s Cauldron below.
Enjoy spectacular views and photography opportunities.
